Community based nursing staff
We work in close partnership with the community-based nursing services, which includes the following:
Community (district) nurses
The district nursing team work with us to provide nursing care and support for our patients in their own homes.

Community midwives
The community midwives care for our patients during the antenatal period and for two to four weeks after the birth of the baby. They may be contacted by telephoning:

Health visitors
The health visitors are community nurses who work with the practice to provide health promotion services for children and their families.

Macmillan nurses
The Macmillan nurses provide advice and support for cancer patients and their families. They can be contacted through your doctor or by telephoning 0161 217 3355.
