We want to make sure that everyone who attended our vaccination site for their first dose receives an invitation for their second dose within 12 weeks of their first.
- You received your first vaccination dose at the Chancellors Vaccination Centre AND
- Have not been invited back for your second covid-19 vaccination dose AND
- More than 10 weeks has passed since your first dose
